Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with the original labels still attached.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we\u2019ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.FAULTY GOODS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re really sorry to hear that you\u2019ve received an item that\u2019s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please head over to our Contact Us section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Your name<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Order number<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Product name and code<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Picture of the fault<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Description of the fault<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note we\u2019ve extended our returns to&nbsp;30&nbsp;days so a typical refund may take longer than usual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A typical refund will take up to&nbsp;44 days, that\u2019s&nbsp;30&nbsp;days you returning and us processing it, with up to&nbsp;14 days for it to make its way through the banking system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ll be sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, we don\u2019t offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement.
